1. For international deliveries, please allow 2-7 working days to receive your order if you are in Europe. If you’re further afield, allow 10-14 working days for delivery.

1.2 We currently use EVRi for international deliveries: we will send your order on a standard Tracked&Signed or Tracked service.  

1.3 Once your order has been sent via EVRi, you will receive a tracking email to show the progress of your parcel.

1.4 When ordering goods from our site for delivery overseas you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are charged once the order reaches the destination country.  We're not able to give any estimates in advance of any local custom fees.

1.5 Please be aware that there may be limitations on what can be sent to you with regards to specific items and order value. In this case, we’ll get in touch with you prior to your order being dispatched.

1.6 Large volume orders may be subject to additional shipping charges.  In this case, we’ll get in touch with you prior to your order being dispatched.
