Can I get my order gift-wrapped?
Absolutely. In fact, in all of our orders, items inside the packaging are all gift-wrapped as standard. The packaging box is usually branded, unless you choose the plain packaging option at checkout.

I’m sending it direct - can I add a gift message?
Of course. Fill out the ‘Leave a message’ box on the trolley page and we’ll hand-write your note on a postcard. If you miss it or forget, don’t panic. Shoot us an email at [email protected] and we’ll add it in for you.
How do I make sure they don’t see where it’s from?

What’s the cut off for same-day dispatch?
5pm Monday-Friday. If you place your order after 5pm on Friday, we’ll ship it on Monday. We send your orders out with Royal Mail next day delivery. As long as you've ordered before 5pm you should get your order next working day. If you have paid for
